Ron Pai
Hi! My name is Ron Pai (sounds like Ron Pie). When people talk to me, the usually greet me by saying both my first and last name as if it were one name. You are more than welcome to do so also if we ever meet. I am a worshipper of Jesus, a lover of my wife, and a friend to you. I graduated from Blaine High School, in Blaine, Washington, in 1994 and Trinity Western University, in Langley, British Columbia, in 2007 with a BA in Christianity and Culture and almost a minor in worship studies . All the years in between, I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with my life…I’m still trying to figure it out. I’ve worked as a warehouse worker, a representative for Lancome, a hodcarrier for a Stucco company (they called me a “hotty”…it made me uncomfortable), a lab attendant in a computer lab, a water slide attendant, and even a liquor and cigarette salesman for a Duty Free. Now I live in Bellingham, Washington where I head up Muse Ministries, the Creative Arts of Roosevelt Community Church. I found that I enjoy walking along side people and discussing faith and love with them and what this looks like in the likes of Jesus. Some other things about me: • Hobbies that I enjoy include listening to, recording, creating, and talking about music • I played in a band called Forty Foot Fakeout. We opened for Kiss, Ted Nugent and Skid Row @ The Gorge Amphitheater…on a different stage.
• My favorite book is “The Power and The Glory” by Graham Greene
• My life dream is to meet and sing with Stevie Wonder and record with Clive Davis.
• Someday I hope to participate in the Tomatina festival in Bunol, Spain
• I like to make “Top 5” lists like John Cusack in High Fidelity
• I don’t like running.
