Hello All ~
A mom and dad need rides to/from Sea Tac this week to help them get to visit their son in group care in another state. They are looking for a ride to Sea Tac Thursday morning, needing to leave Bellingham by 6:15 am. They also need a ride back to B’ham from Sea Tac at 1:30 on Sunday.
If you or anyone you know might be able to help with one or both of these rides, let me know as soon as possible. This family has funneled all resources possible toward the goal of having their son come home to them.
I’d also add, for anyone who might hesitate to spend freeway time with people they don’t know in their car – this couple is very easy and comfortable to be with.

We have a work party this Saturday morning the 13th at the Mural Wall behind Roosevelt Park. We will be there at 9:30 am till 11:30 to refresh the mural art & paint over the foul language/graffiti.
We will provide the materials – though we could still use some bright exterior grade colors. Come join the FUN!
We also have our monthly meeting / Board Elections next Wednesday the 17th. 6:30 – 8:00 pm. Besides the election we will discuss our IRS non-profit application, Crime issues and an upcoming nbrhd forum, the Resource Center’s future, the Demo Garden Project, and whatever else strikes our fancy…
